Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Payment & Refund

  • Paypal, Preferably friends and family option

  • BCA/Shopeepay for local commission

  • Payment will be given after I sent the sketch draft

  • Once the commission has started, I'll only give 20%-70% refund of the total price measured from the current progress.

  • Full refund will only be given if the work has not been started after sketch

  • Minor changes are allowed, however large revisions will cost extra.

Works

  • I accept custom commissions too, the price may vary

  • Yes you may ask for my ocs too!

  • Work can take up to two or three month, unless I have a busy schedule. I will always notify you if it'll be delayed

  • I can work with limited descriptions or just letting me do whatever, however this means you'll accept whatever I come up with.

  • My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may NOT be used for profit without prior agreement.

  • AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs

  • Maximum revision is 3x, Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue.

  • Final art files will be sent using Email

  • If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD)

  • For commercial/game use commissions, please send me a message to discuss more

I, as the artist. maintain the rights to:

  • The art itself

  • Post the commissioned work on my social medias

  • Use the commissioned work as portfolio

  • Post speedpaint video of the commissioned work

  • Retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

  • Reject your commission if I don't feel comfortable with the subject, deadline, etc.

You, as the client:

  • May NOT use commission work for profit without prior agreement.

  • May NOT use commission work in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs

  • May NOT Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me. Remove signatures/watermarks. Resell or redistribute the artwork and Modify the artwork without my consent.

  • May ask me not to post your commissioned work

  • May print the commissioned work for personal usage.

  • May post the commissioned work in your own social medias/website with proper credit.

  • Feel free to send me follow-up regarding the progresses.

Blacklist Policy

  • Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).

  • The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
